Resolutions

My name is Lauren. I will drink coffee any time, wear a pretty dress on an ordinary day, and I believe in magic. I've believed for quite a while now and I can't remember when I started. I just know in my core that it's real. In every old movie, every smile I share with someone, every story that I hear where the impossible is done, I can't help but smile and say to myself, "There it is again."

One of my New Years Resolutions was to start writing a blog. Not necessarily for anyone to read but to get my thoughts out of my head and improve in articulating them. I have these moments that can seem mundane at the time but they're not at all! Moments where something magical happens and I have to start documenting them, otherwise I will forget them! 

So here is the beginning of archiving the magic moments that appear in my normal everyday routine. Although, I should tell you that I may see magic in a bargain I find while searching for a new dress. I want to talk about my hopes, my dreams, celebrate people that are important to me and what they're doing, and slowly give you glimpses of what that magic looks like. When the Spirit moves me, I will tell you about that one thing in my day that sparkled just a little bit extra. I'd love for you to follow along and together we can learn to see the twinkle in the world where a lot of it has lost it's shine.
